By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

IntView AI is an AI-powered coding interview assistance tool that provides:

• Step-by-step solutions to coding problems
• Support for multiple programming languages
• Time and space complexity analysis
• Educational explanations to help understand algorithms
• Chrome extension integration for seamless usage

The Service operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform with both free and premium subscription tiers. It is designed for educational purposes to help users learn and practice coding concepts.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using either:

• Google Authentication
• Email and password registration

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

• Chargebacks without attempting resolution may result in account suspension

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree to:

• Use the Service for personal learning and practice
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service in good faith and not attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Follow the terms of service of any platforms you use in conjunction with our Service

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Violating the terms of service of third-party platforms
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or our staff

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by IntView AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any code or content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Solutions and explanations generated by our AI are provided for your personal use. You may not commercially redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of AI-generated content without modification and your own creative input.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU residents and CCPA for California residents.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTVIEW AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Service
• Errors or omissions in any content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntView AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Any content you submit to or through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion through our support channels.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Unexpected technical or security issues

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data after a reasonable period. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• We will notify you via email or through the Service
• You will be required to accept the new Terms to continue using the Service

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and IntView AI agree to resolve any claims through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND INTVIEW AI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IntView AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
